Well-established and growing firm seeks an Insurance Associate for its Insurance Practice Group in Raleigh. This role offers hands-on experience in complex insurance litigation and coverage matters, involving case strategy, client interaction, and all phases of litigation.
Key responsibilities include managing insurance-related caseloads, drafting pleadings and motions, conducting legal research, taking and defending depositions, and assisting with hearings and trial prep. Collaboration with partners and clients to develop case strategies is essential.
Qualifications include 4–5+ years of litigation experience, preferably in insurance defense or coverage, strong research and writing skills, top academic credentials, and active or eligible North Carolina license. South Carolina license is a plus.
