Salary Range: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Provide essential administrative support to the sales team, ensuring smooth daily operations.
• Manage client communications, including scheduling appointments, answering inquiries, and relaying messages.
• Assist with the preparation of client proposals, presentations, and other sales materials.
• Maintain accurate and organized client records and databases.
• Process applications and follow up on pending items to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate with other departments and external partners as needed.
• Offer a warm and welcoming first point of contact for all clients visiting or calling the office.

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role, preferably within the financial services or insurance industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
