  • Relationship Building: Provide exceptional service—build retention alongside acquisition.

  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with Alex and our service-focused team to refine strategy and deliver top-tier customer experiences.

Who You Are


  • Bilingual: Native-level fluency in both English and Spanish.

  • Sales-Driven Personality: Charismatic, confident, and passionate about helping others succeed.

  • Licensed or License-Ready: Property, Casualty, Life, and Health licenses preferred—or the willingness to obtain them.

  • Self-Motivated & Collaborative: Goal-driven with a strong work ethic, able to thrive both independently and as part of a team.

  • Service-Oriented: Naturally empathetic and committed to going the extra mile for clients.
