Yolanda Santana Harris & Brian Harris State Farm is hiring a coachable Insurance Sales Representative to join our growing agency. This role is perfect for someone ready to start right away, build strong sales skills, and grow a long-term career in insurance with ongoing training and mentorship.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through phone, email, referrals, and networking
- Recommend and sell auto, home, life, and health insurance based on customer needs
- Provide excellent customer service to build trust, retention, and referrals
- Meet or exceed sales goals consistently with professionalism and integrity
- Participate in coaching and training to build product knowledge quickly
Qualifications
- Genuine enjoyment of sales and helping customers
