What the Program Looks Like
Before you officially join, you’ll complete a structured 7-week training journey:
- 4 weeks of guided self-study (with support and resources provided)
- Instructor-led preparation and coaching
- Pre-qualification assessments to set you up for success
Once you pass your state licensing exam (fully paid by TTEC), you’ll step into your new career with confidence.
What You’ll Do as a Licensed Agent
After completing the program, you’ll:
- Support customers by answering inbound calls and questions
- Help people protect what matters most through insurance solutions
- Research and resolve issues with care and accuracy
- Identify opportunities to recommend additional products when appropriate
