Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through prospecting, networking and referrals
- Sell and service auto, home, renters, life, specialty products and more
- Engage with leads via phone, email, text and online platforms
- Analyze clients insurance needs and recommend tailored coverage solutions
- Educate clients on policy options, features, and benefits to ensure understanding and value
- Process applications, endorsements, and claims accurately and efficiently
- Maintain consistent follow-up habits and detailed documentation in CRM
- Advise, assist and educate on insurance practices including claims procedures
- To build, maintain and continue to grow your business while serving your community
Requirements
- 2+ years of sales experience preferred
- Proven ability to meet and exceed production goals
- Excellent communication, organization, and computer skills
- Self-motivated, accountable, and confident
- Leadership qualities and capabilities
