We are seeking a proactive and customer-oriented Customer Service Account Executive to join our growing team in the insurance sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, providing exceptional service, and ensuring customer satisfaction through timely and accurate handling of insurance inquiries and requests. Salary Range: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour

Responsibilities
Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing their concerns and questions promptly.
Assist clients in understanding policy coverages, premiums, and assist with policy changes.
Actively listen to customers to understand their issues and provide appropriate solutions.
Maintain a courteous and empathetic approach in all interactions.
Accurately record customer interactions, transactions, and issues in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
Ensure all customer information is up-to-date and properly documented for future reference.
