No prior experience in financial services is required. Training, mentorship, and licensing support are provided.
Responsibilities
Meet with individuals and families to identify financial protection needs
Educate clients on life insurance, retirement, and wealth-building strategies
Assist clients in evaluating suitable financial solutions based on their goals
Participate in training, mentorship, and professional development programs
Build and maintain relationships within your network and community
Develop leadership and business-building skills
Help expand a team through referrals and mentorship opportunities, if desired

Compensation
Compensation is performance-based and may include commissions, bonuses, incentives, and other forms of compensation depending on production and qualifications. Earning potential is uncapped, with no quotas, and compensation will vary based on individual effort, performance, and business activity.
