Salary Range: $40000.00 - $120000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Generate and close new business (Auto, Home, Business, and Life insurance)

Follow up consistently with leads, quotes, and existing clients

Build strong relationships and provide a high level of customer service

Identify cross-sell opportunities on every interaction

Make outbound calls to prospects, inactive clients, and quotes not taken

Handle inbound calls and convert opportunities into sales

Maintain an organized pipeline and track follow-ups daily

Educate clients on coverage options and recommend the best solutions

Meet or exceed individual sales goals and activity expectations

Stay consistent with daily tasks, including calls, quotes, and follow-ups

Participate in training, coaching, and team meetings

• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is required
• Sales experience or customer-facing experience preferred (insurance is a plus, not required)
• Outgoing personality and comfortable speaking with clients daily
• Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and listening)
• Ability to build rapport quickly and earn trust
• Organized and able to manage multiple tasks and follow-ups
• Self-motivated, competitive, and money-driven
• Goal-oriented with a strong desire to grow and advance
• Comfortable making outbound calls and following up consistently
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems
• Must be dependable, coachable, and open to feedback
