We are looking to hire a full-time W-2 Commerical Insurance Producer to join an established, growing agency with strong systems, long-term client relationships, and a clear direction.

This role is designed for someone with experience in Commerical Insurance Sales, who wants to grow and develop professionally alongside a team of experienced agents who all share the same goal: to help our cleints protect what matters most!

Salary Range: $55000.00 - $80000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Work with clients as a professional advisor, helping them understand risk and choose appropriate coverage.

Responsibilities include:

  • Marketing to prospective clients to offer personalized proposals for their established business
  • Meeting with new and existing clients to assess insurance needs
  • Recommending coverage solutions based on risk and exposure
  • Quoting, presenting, and binding insurance policies
  • Following an established sales and follow-up process
  • Maintaining accurate documentation and client records
  • Building long-term client relationships through service and trust

As you demonstrate strong performance, reliability, and professionalism, your responsibilities often expand to include:

  • Managing more complex accounts and renewals
  • Supporting or mentoring newer team members

Requirements

Required for Hire-

  • Active Property and Casualty License
  • Life & Health License is a plus but not required for hire.
