Salary:
Competitive Salary + commission
$30k -40k base (depending on license)
PTO, Vacation Days, Sick Days
Job Summary:
As an Insurance Agent, you’ll build lasting client relationships while providing trusted guidance on auto, home, life, and financial services. This role combines sales, customer service, and problem-solving to help clients protect what matters most.
Job Responsibilities:
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
Qualifications:
• Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
• People-oriented
• Self-motivated
• Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
• Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)
