What Were Looking For

  • Proven success as an Insurance Adviser or Relationship Manager in Life and Health insurance.
  • MDRT members will be given preference.
  • IRDA certified SP-Insurance (Life& Health)will be given preference.
  • Minimum 3 years client-facing experience in insurance or financial services.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and numerical skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Tertiary qualification in Sales, Marketing, or Insurance preferred.
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication.
  • Leadership qualities and mentoring ability.
  • Valid passport and readiness to relocate (medical and police clearance required).

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide needs-based financial advice on Life, Health, and Personal Risk insurance.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships through personalised solutions.
  • Manage the end-to-end insurance process from application to policy issuance.
  • Conduct policy reviews to identify coverage gaps and recommend updates.
  • Generate and manage leads (no cold calling).
  • Develop marketing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Maintain client records, issue quotes, and ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
