Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

  1. Connect with prospective clients by phone, text, email, and referrals
  2. Learn how to identify customer needs and recommend solutions
  3. Prepare insurance quotes and proposals
  4. Develop sales and communication skills through hands-on coaching
  5. Work alongside successful agency owners and industry professionals

Requirements

Requirements:

  1. Strong work ethic and positive attitude
  2. Ability to pass a background check
  3. Willingness to obtain required insurance licenses
  4. Previous sales, leadership, athletics, military, customer service, or entrepreneurial experience is a plusbut not required
