Responsibilities
What You'll Do
Build and manage a pipeline of prospective clients through various means, including networking, referrals, and community involvement
Offer customized insurance solutions across Property & Casualty & Life & Health products
Close new business and retain clients using proven sales strategies and tools
Set and track personal sales goals while learning how to scale your operation optimally
What You'll Need
A competitive, goal-oriented mindset with a passion for sales
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust with clients
Drive and discipline to work independently while being part of a high-performance team
Nevada Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses
3+ years of Insurance Sales experience (preferred)
Networking & Marketing experience (preferred)

A letter from a couple in 2002 wrote that their Farmers agent and Claims Adjuster “were exceptional in their handling of our grief, what we needed to do, and helpful in many other ways.” That same year, when Hurricane Rita struck Beaumont, Texas, Farmers sent 300 agents to assess damages while policy holders were evacuated. Farmers also donated $100,000 for the city’s emergency operations center and two megawatt generators that restored power to Beaumont.
