Responsibilities
Meet with prospective and existing clients to assess insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options
-Educate clients on policy features, benefits, exclusions, and pricing
-Generate new business through referrals, networking, community outreach, and lead follow-up
-Maintain ongoing relationships with clients through annual reviews and policy updates
-Prepare quotes, applications, and policy documentation accurately and efficiently
-Stay current on insurance products, market trends, and regulatory requirements
-Collaborate with internal teams and carriers to resolve client questions or claims concerns
-Maintain compliance with all licensing and continuing education requirements
-Track sales activity and client interactions using CRM systems
Experience: Prior experience in marketing or sales preferred, but not required
Proficient in social media, and some technology efficiencies
License preferred, willing to train, Licensing assistance available
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to develop engaging presentations and marketing materials.
Team Player: Collaborative attitude with an ability to work seamlessly within a team.
