Salary Range: $50000.00 - $70000.00 per year

Responsibilities

  • Generate new business through agency provided leads, referrals, and outbound activity
  • Build relationships with prospective and existing clients
  • Educate customers on coverage options that fit their needs
  • Develop quotes, present solutions, and close sales
  • Follow up consistently and maintain a strong pipeline
  • Stay organized and manage daily sales activity
  • Work collaboratively with a team that values accountability and growth

Requirements
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills
  • Confidence speaking with people and overcoming objections
  • Competitive mindset with a strong work ethic
  • Self motivated and goal oriented personality
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced sales environment
  • Previous sales experience preferred
  • Insurance experience is a plus, but not required for the right candidate
  • A Property & Casualty insurance license is preferred. Open to candidates willing to obtain license within 30 days from start date.
  • A Life & Health Insurance license is preferred. Open to candidates willing to obtain license within 30 days from start date.
