ROLE DESCRIPTION:
  • Work with and service existing customers and Market for new prospects currently not insured with our agency.
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
  • Develop new prospects, daily outbound calls to schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
  • Our office hours are Monday thru Friday 9:00 - 5:00 with arrival time of 8:45.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships in insurance and financial services.
  • Consult customers with comprehensive financial planning and insurance options.
  • Assist customers with retirement planning, investment management, and insurance needs.
  • Stay current with market trends and product offerings.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Prefer experience in insurance and financial services but is not required.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
