ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Insurance Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Mitch Devers - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in sales (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred.
- Results oriented and goal driven and can work independently without close supervision.
- Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
- Must be able to pass insurance exam. Training provided and expenses paid.
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening.
