RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop leads, identify customer needs & present the right products and services
- Preparing quotes, closing sales, and providing excellent customer service to new & existing clients
- Handling incoming requests, calling internet leads, and engaging with local businesses
- Maintaining a loyal customer base to generate new business referrals.
- Meeting & exceeding individual sales goals
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Be able to pass NY State Property & Casualty and Life, Accident & Health licensing exams
- Must be ambitious, self-motivated, and enjoy working with people.
- Have a strong work ethic and a commitment to success each and every day!
- Have strong communication and organizational skills, be detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Must work well in a team setting.
