Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Insurance Account Representative to join our full-time, in-office team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with insurance and financial services inquiries and support the agent team in delivering comprehensive solutions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service with timely, clear, and professional communication.
  • Utilize State Farm systems and financial services tools to manage accounts and documentation effectively.
  • Assist with marketing initiatives and lead generation activities to support business growth.
