We are seeking a motivated Insurance Account Representative to turn leads into lasting customer relationships by identifying client needs and promoting suitable insurance products.
Responsibilities include developing leads, scheduling appointments, maintaining accurate records, assisting with policy applications and renewals, and providing excellent customer service.
Qualifications include sales experience, strong organizational skills, goal achievement, effective communication, and the ability to make outbound calls, including cold calls.
Must be willing to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses and enjoy working with dogs.
The role offers a base pay of $40-45K with potential earnings of $60-90K annually for productive producers, along with opportunities for career growth.
