ROLE DESCRIPTION:

As Insurance Account Representative for Judy Helwani State Farm, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Identify customer needs and recommend products and services that fit.
  • Proactively reach out to prospects and existing customers about coverage options.
  • Provide information about insurance products and services.
  • Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
  • Property & Casualty license preferred, or willingness to obtain one.

Compensation: $40,000–$60,000 per year with high producers making $75,000+

Compensation includes a performance-based commission structure. Additional compensation details can be discussed during the interview process.
