What You’ll Do:


  • Identify and engage prospective clients through referrals, networking, and outreach
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments and recommend insurance products tailored to clients’ goals and budgets
  • Build and maintain strong, trusting, long-term client relationships
  • Explain complex insurance terms clearly and effectively, making it easy for clients to understand
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets while upholding the highest ethical standards
  • Stay current on industry trends, products, and regulations to provide expert advice
What We’re Looking For:


  • Proven sales experience, preferably in insurance or financial services
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a consultative sales approach
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient in a competitive environment
  • Ability to quickly build rapport and earn clients’ trust
  • Insurance licensing or willingness to obtain licenses (we provide full support!)
