ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Insurance Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Trish Hulsey - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Establish and maintain customer relationships, and follow up with customers, as needed.
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options
  • Develop leads, ask for referrals, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
  • Maintain a strong work ethic and lead by example with both willingness to learn and effective problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to network and participate in community service events and other marketing opportunities.

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Positive attitude
  • Ability to learn and leverage technology within the office using proprietary software.
  • Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
  • An understanding and interest in helping people manage of the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams
  • Be able to work seamlessly in both an in person and virtual customer environment.
  • High Organizational and time management skills
  • Self-motivated to achieve and desire for accountability within a team environment.
  • Property and Casualty license prior to employment
  • Life and Health license prior to employment
