ROLE DESCRIPTION:

As Insurance Account Representative for Kevin Good State Farm, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you improve your community. RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prospect and follow up with new leads, referrals, and existing customers to generate new business.
  • Identify customer needs through conversations and recommend insurance products that fit their situation.
  • Quote, present, and sell insurance products and services to prospective and current customers.
  • Cross-sell and round out existing customer accounts by identifying additional coverage opportunities.
  • Proactively reach out to prospects 
  • Assist customers with applications, renewals, and policy changes while keeping the sales process moving forward.
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly activity, quote, and production goals.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer conversations, follow-ups, quotes, and sales activity in the agency system.


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
  • Property & Casualty license preferred, or willingness to obtain one.

Compensation: $50,000–$70,000 per year

Compensation includes a performance-based commission structure. Additional compensation details can be discussed during the interview process.
