ROLE DESCRIPTION:
We're hiring a reliable and driven team member to help grow our agency. In this role, you'll sell insurance policies, support customers and build strong customer relationships.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Educate customers on insurance products that fit their needs and budget
- Quoting and selling insurance products (Auto, Home, Life, Health, etc)
- Answering policy and billing questions, processing policy changes, and assisting with claims
- Reaching out to prospective customers via calls, emails and referrals
- Maintaining strong customer relationships through follow-up and great service
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals
