ROLE DESCRIPTION:

As Insurance Account Representative for Nereyda Perez State Farm, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. RESPONSIBILITIES:

  •  Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
  •  Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  •  Communication and interpersonal skills.
  •  Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred but not required.
  •  Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  •  Experience in customer service or sales preferred.

Compensation:

$70,000-$95,000 per year
