ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an Account Representative for Clint Osborn State Farm you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.  With over 200 5-star customer reviews, we have needs based conversation with our customers and recommend them the right products that fit them.

Our agency continues to grow, and we need to add to the team.  We have a great competitive atmosphere with an outgoing team.  I'm looking for energetic and highly motivated representatives to join our team. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide information about insurance products and services.
  • Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
