Our agency has grown steadily over the past four years, and as we head into 2026, we’re ready to add another Insurance Sales & Client Advisor to support that growth.


This role is about building relationships — not pressure sales. You’ll talk with individuals and families about protecting what matters most to them, especially during important life transitions like buying a home, starting a family, or planning for the future.


What you’ll do:
  • Have thoughtful, consultative conversations with prospective and existing customers
  • Help clients understand insurance options that fit their needs
  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, and other channels
  • Follow up consistently and manage daily priorities
  • Represent our agency’s mission of putting customer needs first
 You won’t be thrown in alone — training, tools, and support are part of how we operate.


What we’re looking for:
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Confidence and resilience (you don’t take “no” personally)
  • Ability to manage priorities and stay organized
  • Motivation to grow professionally and financially
  • Comfort working interdependently within a small team
 Licensing:


  • Maine Property & Casualty Producer License
  • Maine Life & Health Producer License
(Candidates who are already licensed are strongly preferred; we will consider the right unlicensed candidate on a case-by-case basis.)


Schedule & Compensation:
  • Monday–Friday, daytime hours
  • Part-time or full-time opportunity
Pay structure:
  • First-year full-time earnings typically start around $60,000+, with additional upside as skills and production grow
