As an Account Representative, youll support customers with everyday insurance needs and play a key role in helping the agency reach its goals. This position is perfect for someone who wants a long-term career path in the insurance industry. Must have a Property and Casualty insurance license; State Farm experience is preferred.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide friendly, professional service to customers by phone, email, and in-office
- Process policy changes, billing questions, and general service requests
- Assist customers through claims with clarity and care
- Identify customer needs and recommend additional coverage options
- Support agency sales goals through cross-selling, upselling, and proactive outreach
- Maintain accurate records and follow State Farm procedures
- Contribute to a positive, energetic, team-focused office environment
COMPENSATION & INCENTIVES:
- Base Salary plus Commission/Bonus

QUALIFICATIONS
- Required insurance licenses (Property & Casualty; Life & Health a plus)
- State Farm experience
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable learning new systems and working in a fast-paced environment
- Motivated by goals, growth, and earning potential
- Reliable, organized, and team-oriented
- Customer service experience helpful but not required
Compensación: $65,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
