Brent Holtz - State Farm Agent is looking for a motivated and goal-oriented individual to join our agency with a focus on sales. As a Insurance Account Position - State Farm Agent Team Member, you will generate new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and provide insurance solutions tailored to individual and business needs. RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Proactively generate leads, make outbound calls, and follow up on inquiries.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Identify customer needs and present appropriate insurance products and services.
  • Achieve individual and agency sales goals though consistent prospecting and closing.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Previous sales experience (preferred but not required).
  • A proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Self-motivation with results-driven mindset. 
  • Strong communication skills. 
  • Property & Casualty license (or ability to obtain quickly).
