RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Proactively generate leads, make outbound calls, and follow up on inquiries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

- Achieve individual and agency sales goals though consistent prospecting and closing.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous sales experience (preferred but not required).
- A proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
- Self-motivation with results-driven mindset.
- Strong communication skills.
- Property & Casualty license (or ability to obtain quickly).
