ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Theressa Parra Insurance Agency Inc is searching for a competitive Producer who can recognize opportunities and strategically turn leads into long-lasting customer relationships. As our licensed insurance professional, your knowledge of insurance products and industry trends equips you to communicate directly with customers, identify their needs, and market products or services that maximize value. You may also assist in developing strategies and establishing quotas for our agency.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage customer insurance accounts and update information.
- Provide information on insurance products and services.
- Engaging directly with customers through in-person meetings, email, or phone calls.
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Work towards weekly and monthly sales goals.
- Generating leads and selling a range of insurance products, including auto, home, business, and life insurance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
- Spanish is a plus.
- Licensed in insurance is a plus; must be willing to obtain a license if they do not already have one.
