ACCOUNT MANAGER CLIENT SERVICES (INSURANCE / DIGITAL REPUTATION)

LHH is partnering with a growing client services organization to hire an Account Manager who will support insurance-focused clients by managing data accuracy, digital presence, and ongoing account needs. This is a direct-hire opportunity offering strong culture, collaboration, and autonomywithout micromanagement.

This role is ideal for someone with insurance account management experience (light experience considered) who enjoys working with data, ensuring accuracy, and building long-term client relationships. DIRECT HIRE OPPORTUNITY

What Youll Do

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, building trusted, long-term relationships

  • Maintain, update, and verify client information to ensure accurate representation across digital and online platforms

  • Advise clients on best practices to support a strong and consistent online and professional presence

  • Proactively communicate with clients via phone and email to provide updates, resolve issues, and anticipate needs

  • Organize, audit, and manage large data sets with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

  • Monitor and post verified facts, figures, and statistics on a scheduled basis

  • Perform quality assurance checks across written, multimedia, and social content

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams including sales, professional services, and product partners to deliver an exceptional client experience

  • Deliver high-quality customer service with a sense of urgency and accountability

What Were Looking For

  • High school diploma or GED required

  • 6+ months of commercial insurance experience (health or P&C preferred; light experience considered)

  • Prior experience in account management, client services, or customer success

  • Strong experience working with large data sets and maintaining formatting accuracy

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize in a deadline-driven environment

  • Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy and quality

  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team

Compensation & Schedule

  • Salary: $60,000 annually

  • Based on insurance experience and/or active P&C license

  • Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM

  • Employment Type: Direct Hire
