Responsibilities
Primary Advisory: Act as the lead consultant for an assigned book, focusing on asset protection and coverage enhancements rather than price-shopping.
Strategic Renewals: Manage proactive outreach and re-marketing strategies, leveraging VA support for all initial data entry and quoting logistics.
Complex Servicing: Oversee high-level policy changes and endorsements, delegating administrative documentation and system updates to the support team.
Retention & Growth: Drive long-term loyalty through annual reviews and white-glove "check-ins" enabled by the removal of monotonous tasks.
Claims Advocacy: Serve as the expert liaison between the insured and carrier to ensure smooth resolutions and accurate file documentation.
Minnesota Property & Casualty License (Required)
Minimum of 2 years of experience in an independent agency setting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Proficiency with insurance agency management software.
Customer-centric approach with a passion for problem-solving.
