Position Overview:
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with people and wants a balance of sales and service. As an Insurance Account Manager, you’ll help customers understand their options, make confident decisions, and feel supported throughout their experience with our agency.


You’ll play an important role in both bringing in new business and taking care of our existing customers, building relationships that last.


Responsibilities:
  • Connect with prospective and current customers to understand their needs and goals
  • Recommend appropriate insurance solutions across auto, home, life, and other products
  • Assist with policy changes, billing questions, and general service needs
  • Follow up on leads, referrals, and cross-sell opportunities
  • Conduct policy reviews to ensure customers are properly protected
  • Keep accurate records and stay organized within agency systems
  • Contribute to a positive, team-focused environment
Qualifications:
  • Willingness to obtain licensing (costs covered)
  • Experience in sales, customer service, or a client-facing role is a plus
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build trust quickly
  • Detail-oriented with good time management skills
  • Coachable, dependable, and motivated to grow
