Responsibilities:
  • Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to recommend appropriate insurance products.

  • Assist clients with claims processing and provide ongoing support.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
  • Active insurance license in Texas is required.

  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Positive attitude with a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
  • High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in business or related field is a plus.
