Full-time insulation installer needed for new and existing homes, with experience in thermal insulation (fiberglass, cellulose, foam, BIBs). Must have basic tools, valid driver’s license, be drug-free, and pass background checks. Prior commercial contractor experience preferred.
Responsibilities include reading blueprints, measuring, cutting, installing, sealing, and finishing insulation, operating blowers and equipment, and following safety protocols. Must operate trucks and work in various weather and confined spaces.
Qualifications: high school diploma or equivalent preferred, experience with insulation installation, knowledge of materials and tools, ability to follow instructions, and a clean driver’s record. Bilingual skills are a plus.
Physical requirements include lifting up to 75 lbs, working in extreme temperatures, climbing ladders, crawling, and maneuvering in tight spaces. Environmental exposure to outdoor elements and insulation particles is expected.
