We are hiring experienced insulation installers to join our team.
Candidates with construction background are preferred, but training is available for motivated individuals who take pride in their work.
In this role, you will install blown-in cellulose, fiberglass, and spray foam insulation in walls, attics, basements, and crawl spaces.
Responsibilities include air sealing, blower door tests, completing job paperwork, and recording materials used.
Requirements include a high school diploma or GED (preferred), comfort with hand and power tools, working indoors and outdoors, a valid driver’s license, physical stamina, and a flexible schedule.
Starting pay is $17/hour, with pay adjustments after a 30-day evaluation based on experience.
