Automation Technician
Job Summary:
We are looking for an Automation Technician to help keep our production equipment running smoothly. This role focuses on maintaining, troubleshooting, and supporting automated systems used in a heavy manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with maintaining and repairing automated machinery and equipment
- Troubleshoot basic electrical, mechanical, and control system issues
- Support production teams by helping resolve equipment downtime
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance tasks
- Work with team members to improve equipment performance and reliability
- Follow safety procedures and company guidelines at all times
Basic Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (technical training is a plus)
- Some experience with industrial equipment, automation, or maintenance preferred
- Basic understanding of electrical and mechanical systems
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced production setting
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
