The Instrument & System Information Management Coordinator ensures the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of instrumentation and system data supporting refinery operations, focusing on Process Safety Information (PSI), Management of Change (MOC), and enterprise decision-making.
Our team manages over 300,000 equipment assets and nearly 141,000 documents, providing high-quality asset records.
You will support instrument data management tools, review project deliverables, reconcile discrepancies, maintain technical documentation, and ensure reliable data interfaces across systems.
Qualifications include instrumentation knowledge, data analysis skills, and proficiency with tools like Microsoft Office. Experience in refinery environments, CAD, database querying, and managing technical documentation is a plus.
