Instrumentation & Controls Engineer

In this dynamic role, you'll be at the forefront of designing and implementing cutting-edge instrumentation and automation controls, driving success across various projects. You'll play a pivotal role in selecting and integrating diverse components and software to fulfill specific project requirements, ensuring compliance with UL508A/698 standards for industrial control panels. Collaborating closely with our engineering team, you'll be integral in developing project proposals, reviewing technical specifications, and creating comprehensive design submittals. A skilled draftsman will assist you in bringing designs to life. Career growth opportunities include advancement to roles such as Senior Automation Engineer, System Architect, or Senior Systems Engineer, depending on your interests and strengths.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Design of industrial control panels
- Preparation and submission of design components and documentation
- Develop comprehensive technical operation and maintenance manuals
- Pursue and uphold certification as a UL Manufacturer Technical Representative (MTR)

**Desired Qualifications:**
- Proven experience with integrated processes or electrical control systems
- Competency in, or ability to swiftly learn, Autodesk AutoCAD Electrical
- Strong grasp of electrical principles and instrumentation measurement
- Logical reasoning and analytical problem-solving skills
- Physical capability to lift 50 lbs. and adapt to various physical positions
- Valid driver's license and necessary identification
