This team specializes in the hands‑on integration of complex electrical, avionics, and instrumentation systems—fabricating, installing, and commissioning wiring harnesses, electronics, and test articles essential to safe engine testing.Working side‑by‑side with test stand engineers and cross‑functional teams, technicians are deeply involved in planning, assembly, and operational readiness of liquid engine test campaigns. Their expertise extends to the troubleshooting and maintenance of electronic and control systems, ground support equipment, and high‑pressure fluid systems, always prioritizing safety and rigorous procedural compliance. Continuous improvement, from refining test procedures to optimizing process efficiency and safety controls, is a core part of the team's culture.Technicians at Van Horn are trusted to handle hazardous operations, adapt to evolving test requirements, and communicate effectively across engineering, test operations, and leadership.
