OverviewJudge Direct Placement is seeking a LOCAL Instrumentation and Control Engineer in Green Bay, WI area! This role will work closely with clients to understand project requirements and ensure successful delivery of engineering solutions.ResponsibilitiesOversee all discipline-related aspects of projects from initial planning through full execution.Develop, define, and document detailed scopes of work.Size and specify instrumentation such as pressure and temperature transmitters, flow meters, modulating control valves, regulators, on/off valves, and actuators.Prepare datasheets and collaborate with vendors to obtain quotations for instrumentation and valve packages.Work closely with the process engineering team to ensure proper device selection for each application.Produce schematics, termination drawings, and loop sheets for instrument wiring.Design custom control panels tailored to project requirements.Interpret project success criteria and ensure all client expectations are consistently met.Develop, manage, and track project budgets and cost performance.Identify, document, and communicate scope changes in a timely manner.Address client issues proactively and provide responsive, solutions‑focused support.Deliver clear value to clients and build long‑term trust through reliable performance.Review, coordinate, and manage all project deliverables for quality and completeness.Supervise project implementation, monitor progress and quality, and maintain control of project costs.RequirementsB.S. degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering10+ years of related experience in project engineering, including EPC or engineering firm experienceExperienced Instrumentation engineer on major capital projects from the study phase, detailed design, construction support, check out and start-up.Oversees project execution to ensure completion and client satisfactionDemonstrated experience in driving projects within budget from initiation through a successful and timely conclusionKnowledge of front-end engineering and detailed engineering processStrong interpersonal skills to build and foster positive client relationships#J-18808-Ljbffr
