Shift: Night Shift | 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM (Monday–Friday)
Duration: 13 Weeks
Contract Type: Travel Assignment

• Monday to Friday
• 8-hour night shifts (11:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
• 40 hours per week
• No on-call requirement

Job Description

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Instrument Technician to support sterile processing operations in a surgical services environment. This role focuses on cleaning, decontamination, assembly, and sterilization of surgical instruments to ensure safe and efficient operating room support.

Key Responsibilities

• Reprocess and sterilize surgical instruments
• Perform decontamination and assembly of trays and sets
• Ensure compliance with sterile processing standards
• Maintain accurate tracking and documentation of instruments
• Support OR teams with timely instrument readiness
• Follow infection control and safety protocols

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of recent sterile processing experience required
• HSPA Certification preferred
• Knowledge of surgical instrument handling and sterilization procedures
• Ability to work overnight shifts consistently
• Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
