About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Contract Instrument Technician to support the maintenance and reliability of laboratory and industrial instrumentation at a client site. This is a hands-on, first?shift opportunity for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, precision work, and contributing to safe, compliant operations.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring instruments perform at peak accuracy and reliability while adhering to established safety and regulatory standards.
What You’ll Do
As an Instrument Technician, you will play a critical role in daily operations by:
  • Performing routine and corrective maintenance on laboratory and industrial instruments
  • Diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment issues using sound technical judgment
  • Verifying and maintaining proper calibration to ensure equipment accuracy
  • Executing repairs efficiently to minimize downtime
  • Following all safety procedures, quality standards, and regulatory requirements
  • Documenting all maintenance, calibration, and repair activities clearly and accurately

Your work will help ensure dependable instrument performance and support continuous, compliant operations.

Required Qualifications:
  • 0–5 years of relevant technical or instrumentation experience
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly with team members and stakeholders
  • Working knowledge of industry best practices related to equipment maintenance

Preferred (Not Required):
  • Experience working with medical, laboratory, or industrial equipment
