Job Summary/Basic Function
We seek faculty who value quality instruction, thrive in a collaborative environment of scholars, embrace experiential learning and community engagement in the educational experience, desire to mentor diverse students, and integrate multicultural content into their teaching.
Specific Responsibilities
Expectation of classroom and clinical teaching in the on-campus in-person undergraduate program. Faculty is expected to participate in teaching activities and service to Indiana State University, the College, Nursing program, and the profession. Will be expected to mentor students, engage students in curricular and extra-curricular activities to advance the institutional mission of experiential learning and community engagement, assists in student recruitment and other activities. Demonstrates success in working with diverse populations.
Required Relevant Education & Experience
Completed Master's Degree in nursing. Previous teaching experience. At least 3 years of RN practice experience.
