About the Role:

Inspire and educate children through hands-on STEM programs using LEGO®-based curriculum. Requires strong classroom management, structure, and leadership to lead engaging, organized lessons for elementary students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead structured STEM lessons
• Maintain classroom control with 10–20 students
• Set clear expectations and enforce rules
• Keep students engaged and respectful
• Manage materials and represent the brand professionally
• Adapt to different environments and behaviors
• 
  

  Required Qualifications:

  
  
• Experience working with children
• Ability to confidently manage a classroom
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Dependable, punctual, willing to travel
• Pass background check
• 
  

  Preferred Qualifications:

  
  
• Background in education, psychology, or related fields
• Experience teaching or leading groups
• Handling challenging behaviors
• 
  

  Ideal candidates are confident, structured, and take ownership. Schedule includes after-school, occasional evenings, and weekends. Compensation ranges from $30-$40 per class based on experience. Paid training provided.
