Description
Are you interested in guiding the next generation of data professionals? We are seeking a passionate & enthusiastic data professional to join our instructional team and help lead our Data & Analytics program.
As a faculty program lead, you will provide instruction to students, assess student learning, and develop and maintain program curriculum to keep our courses industry relevant. Our courses are hands-on and practical, teaching students what they need to know hit the ground running in data jobs on day one. Instruction delivery includes traditional face-to-face, accelerated hybrid, and virtual formats via Zoom, providing flexibility with daytime and occasional evening classes (up to two nights weekly).
In this role you will actively engage with industry leaders through regular interactions with our advisory board and local employers, ensuring the curriculum aligns with evolving industry standards and workforce needs.

This position supports the Business Information Technology department and includes program lead responsibilities for the Data & Analytics program in addition to teaching responsibilities. The program lead helps maintain the quality, relevance, and effectiveness of the program in consultation with the associate dean and the faculty who teach within the program.
Program Lead Responsibilities
This position also includes serving as the Program Lead for the Data & Analytics program. The Program Lead plays an important role in helping the program stay current, relevant, and responsive to students and industry. In partnership with the Associate Dean and program faculty, this role supports curriculum updates, student success efforts, advisory board and employer engagement, adjunct onboarding, program evaluation, recruitment activities, and ongoing conversations about emerging tools, trends, and opportunities for program growth.
This position requires Wisconsin residence.
Hours
This is a full-time instructor position on a flexible year-round calendar. Teaching assignments include variable hours, including days and evenings.
