Under limited supervision, the Business Administration Instructor provides high-quality instruction in Business and Entrepreneurship courses while supporting student success through advising, mentorship, and academic engagement. The instructor teaches courses in both traditional and online formats. The position contributes to departmental and institutional goals through curriculum development, committee service, professional development, and collaboration with colleagues across the college.

Work Environment: Work is primarily performed in a classroom or laboratory setting equipped with standard instructional technology. The position involves frequent interaction with students, faculty, and staff and includes the use of online instructional platforms. Occasional travel may be required for professional development, off-campus instruction, or college events.

Normal Working Hours: Full-Time, 12-MONTH faculty position. Teaching responsibilities may include daytime, evening, hybrid, and online classes as assigned to meet departmental needs. Office hours are required for student advising, course prep, committee participation, etc. Occasional evenings or weekends may be required for outreach activities, program support or professional development.
