CESA 4 is looking to add an enthusiastic, forward thinking individual to their Instructional Services team, working specifically with the LIFToFFS Learning Center. The LIFToFFS Coach provides professional learning, coaching, consultation, and implementation support to school districts participating in the LIFToFFS Learning Collaborative. This position supports educators and leaders in designing and implementing innovative learning experiences that increase student engagement, academic growth, durable skill development, global readiness, and learner agency.
The LIFToFFS Coach works alongside district leaders, educators, and collaborative partners to support the implementation of the LIFToFFS Framework, including the Four Core Experiences, personalized learning, competency-based education, emerging technology integration, and systems transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
Deliver professional learning, coaching, and implementation support aligned to the LIFToFFS Framework.
Support districts in designing and implementing learner-centered experiences focused on:

Facilitate professional learning related to student engagement, instructional innovation, competency-based education, emerging technologies, artificial intelligence, and future-ready learning environments.
Provide classroom coaching, instructional consultation, and leadership support to educators and administrators participating in LIFToFFS implementation efforts.
Assist districts in developing systems that increase learner ownership, voice, choice, and agency.
Support district strategic planning, innovation planning, and continuous improvement efforts aligned with local priorities and the LIFToFFS Framework.
Analyze implementation and outcome data to support district decision-making and improvement planning.
Collaborate with district leadership teams to identify barriers to innovation and develop practical solutions that improve outcomes for students and educators.
Facilitate networking opportunities, site visits, collaborative learning experiences, and professional learning communities for participating districts.
Assist in the development of tools, resources, implementation guides, and model practices that support district transformation efforts.
Stay informed regarding current research and best practices related to student engagement, personalized learning, competency-based education, artificial intelligence, future-ready learning, neuroscience, and educational innovation.
Demonstrate leadership in continuous improvement through participation in internal improvement cycles and the application of improvement science principles.
Engage in collaborative partnerships with school districts, CESAs, higher education institutions, businesses, community organizations, and statewide partners.
Demonstrate flexibility and adapt to changes in expectations and environments.
Be accountable for commitments, meetings, timelines, and schedules.
Travel to districts and schools as assigned.
Manage time effectively and independently.
